Good Afternoon good customers !

   We are now happy to report that we've resolved the last of our telecommunication problems from our vendor change (from AT&T to COMCAST Business) !

  As it turns out, there was a "conversion problem" at AT&T that was affecting a small number of our customers (who were calling from phone numbers managed by 3rd Party Re-Sellers of AT&T services).  It took some time to sort out, but we now have things corrected -AND-  everything is back to normal.
